How long do jellyfish live?
Jellyfish live an average of one and a half years, with the possibility of living up to 2 years in good conditions.
Can I combine different species of jellyfish in one aquarium?
Unfortunately no, the jellyfish would eat each other, we recommend only one species of jellyfish in one aquarium.
Do jellyfish sting? Our most commonly sold jellyfish, Moon, Canonball, Flame and Lactoides, do not sting. Plocamia jellyfish do sting (slightly).
Do I need a cooler/heater for jellyfish?
No, jellyfish like room temperature.
How often should I feed the jellyfish?
You can feed them 3 to 4 times a week. If they are young, we recommend feeding them every day.
How does shipping work? Jellyfish are shipped carefully wrapped in a thermo box that keeps the temperature stable. All packages go via UPS.
Can I touch the jellyfish?
Of course, jellyfish are slimy and slippery to the touch, you must always wash your hand carefully in cold water.
